MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Manchester firefighters say they have been overwhelmed with requires overdoses this weekend, many involving the artificial marijuana product often called spice.
District Chief Henry Martineau advised WMUR-TV that the primary calls began coming in round eight a.m. Saturday, and the quantity elevated to a dozen in only a few hours. He says such calls are spreading the division skinny.
A number of of the overdoses occurred on the New Horizons Shelter. An official there says spice has lately develop into an issue on the shelter.
